1 miscarriage now we are trying IUI with clomid for the 1st time. Looks like the OPK's don't work for me. : ( I went to the dr. on Friday and my follie was a 14. Today I went for bloodwork and it shows I have already ov'd! so now I have the 2ww. Hopefully I get a BFP. Stay tuned...
7/1/08 spotting this am. could it be implantation?? idk, I HATE waiting.
So here it is 7/7/08 and I'm on day 2 of my cycle. Starting another round of clomid. The nurse wants me to use opk's again this month even tho they didn't work for me last month. I have an u/s on the 17th and will start bloodwork on that day going forward. Hopefully July is the magical month for me.

I can't believe how long it has been since I have been on this site... a little update for all.It is the end of March and I am in my third trimester - going into the 31st week. At times it seems so impossible that I am actually going fulfilling my dreams of having a child. I am only a couple of short months away. We decided to be surprised so we haven't found out the sex and now I'm anxious to meet my little miracle. Good luck to all - it really CAN happen!

I had some spotting last week and I'm hoping it was implantation... I am waiting for the results from my blood test and I hopefully will know either way in a few hours. hoping for the best and expecting the worst.
So to catch you up... AF showed her ugly face on 8/28/08. I went in that friday for an u/s & labwork to make sure I wasn't pregnant before I started my first round of the injectables. That first shot was extremely difficult for me as I have a fear of needles (probably the pain) but it didn't hurt! I have had no problem since. I went to my first appt to see how my body is reacting to the meds. It is responding GREAT! I have 20, yes twenty follies. They have now reduced my meds to ensure only a few are mature. I go back tomorrow for another u/s and lab work as well. They believe I will be going in for an iui this weekend. so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they don't cancel the procedure this cycle due to too many mature follies.
Well I had some spotting last night and this morning - not alot but enough to make me pay attention. My nurse called back and said it could be implantation, but I didn't experience that much spotting last time... I guess every time can be different. idk. If I don't get my period then I get my blood test on Tuesday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't get it!
so I Ov'd on or about 8/14 b/d for both of those days, just to be on the safe side and will know have to wait until 9/2 to test (unless of course AF shows her ugly face!) I am in the process of ordering Follistim, HCG & Crinone 8% per the doctors recommendation. I have to go to a class on Wednesday to learn to give myself shots. It should be interesting! stay tuned....
okay so the dr. wants to start FSH injectables. I get to start them my next cycle. I get to "relax" during this cycle. YEAH! I am a little hesitant about the injectables cause I HATE needles. But I think its better than the lap surgery.
Hubby and I get to meet with the reproductive specialist tomorrow. The plan is to discuss the next step. he seems to be pretty aggressive which is great with helping us achieve our goal of a pregnancy. I am curious as to what his suggestion will be. My insurance covers unlimited iui's, which is nice to know.
