eat little and often, try not too drink sugary drinks or high fat foods. Try things like try toast in the morning. Apart from that you will have to sit it out im afraid!

i cant stand the smell of cooking foods lol. mmmm salad that sounds good as for cheese I find the taste is too strong lately like too pungent. I keep a bottle of water in the bathroom for the morning so I'm not dry heaving it helps when there is something there to puke up.

Hi nikki, sorry to hear your having a hard time with morning sickness, not sure why they call it morning sickness, cause you can have it anytime of day lol, i agree with Naomi, Ginger is fantastic healer for nausea, my sister ate ginger snaps by the bucket load. have you tried ginger yet? hope you find something other than kfc to eat heeheee. hope your feeling better real soon.

I would say eat what you want!~ LOL Crackers never worked for me. I just had to throw up in the morning, then eat a big bowl of cereal. Then I would eat at around 12-2pm. IF I ate any later, I would be very sorry! Eat little bits at a time in the morning, and your real meals later. And eat those KFC chicken bowls every day if you want! LOL My doc always let me have La Casita Breakfast Burritos every single day. He said that was better than not eating anything...and your tastes will change thru out the pregnancy to meet your body's needs, Hope that helps!

I used Blackmores anti-nausea tablets. They'er ground ginger root and i think they're marketed as like travel sickness tablets but it says on the back they can be used for anti-nausea medication. I didn't discover them until right at the end of my twelve week ordeal with morning sickness. They worked wonders though. :D Oh I hate to admit this but hot chips made me feel way better. It's all I wanted and I don't know why.

You little stinker... I didn't know!! Exciting news. It gives me hope. Thanks for your past support, I am praying for ya!!!

Oh, Sniff pure peppermint essential oil. Put some on a cotton ball and then in a plastic ziplock bag, and take a couple of sniffs of it when you are feeling sick, my reflexologist told me about that one, and it worked for me when I was sick to my stomach for about 4 months. Worth a try!
